30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arcspace.store.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oral care products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
We also cannot accept returns for:

Any item returned in a used or unsellable condition

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

This right does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable consumer protection laws, including certain sealed hygiene products once opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
